  • Can’t give it the zero stars that it deserves!

    Used to be great before Nokia... they also stopped supporting the tvOS app which was the reason that I bought them.

  • Thanks for the recent update. Love the Dark Mode feature. However, can you please update the app

    So we can see live footage outside of WIFI. This app is not working ...I have 3 cameras and it’s disappointed I need to be on WIFI to see live footage ....what’s the purpose of security cameras?

  • Fixed Bug’s works well for pretty old cameras.

    Works on my version of iOS. Was busted for a while.
  • Great underrated camera!

    I have been using app and camera in last 2 years as a baby monitor and overall it has been a nothing less then great!

    I don’t understand that low rating but it has been working for my iPad, iPhone even Apple Watch reliably for 2 years! Of course not 100% as nothing is, but 1 or 2 days total of downtime I think is pretty amazing.

    Regard the app itself, notifications works great, detecting noise and pushing to all iOS devices. Mic is very sensitive so can hear any little noise, night view provides good quality, historical alerts are great to see how you baby slept in nighttime.

  • Show some effort

    The company seems only interested in creating watches instead off supporting old customers.

    The app is completely useless now and simply needs a software update.

    I contacted ‘support’ and they claimed the problem I was having was a hardware fault and no further support could be offered as the cameras had been discontinued.

    Additionally even if the cameras were still available, no support is available as I live in Australia....

  • Clearly major issues

    A quick scan of reviews from other customers confirms my suspicion that Withings simply don’t care about their customers or want to try to resolve any issues. When it works, this device is superb. But unfortunately the app no longer works, it crashes continuously. I’ve moved to a new ISP and simply wanted to change the wireless connection settings... in doing so I appear to have killed the device completely. Not happy as have only had this a few months. I’d like my money back please Withings. It wasn’t a cheap purchase either!

  • Frustrating and disappointing

    No motion detection, no timelapse, no snapshots, frequent intermittent disconnections! It has been over 7 months since I first contacted Customer Service and it’s the same message back “the development team are working on it”. Extremely frustrating and disappointing!!!
  • No longer works

    So this was all fine and dandy when I first got this, in 2015. I was going through a divorce from an abusive man against whom I had an order of protection, but had my suspicions he was getting into my home when I wasn’t around. (I was right!) I would’ve praised this app highly at the time. It worked great and kept me safe.

    Now it’s 2019 and the app flat up doesn’t work. You can’t even open it. This renders the camera completely useless.

    I just got a notification from my smart lock that someone just entered my home! Is it my ex?!?! Who knows! Could be! I tried to launch the app but it just crashes. What crap.

  • Terrible product support

    I think withings/Nokia (whoever the heck owns it now idk) just gave up on this product. The app usually takes a long time to update to get it to work after a major iOS update. It’s now been almost a month since iOS 13 was released, and I still can’t even open the app without it crashing because it hasn’t been updated yet, which is absolutely inexcusable for a security camera that costs $200. Makes the product basically worthless, not even considering the fact it’s always disconnecting and I’ll have to do a manual hard reset to get it back up and running again (which involves a tedious process of u plugging and replugging the unit in multiple times). I tried to give this product hope but I’m just gonna give up and accept the fact I wasted $200 on this and buy a security camera from another company. Get your crap together withings; your scales are great but your security camera is trash town and is a scam.

  • Shabby Customer Service

    In common (I suspect) with many other customers we have got to the point where the product is unusable. The app simply crashes on startup, so you never get to see the video (for example, after a break-in has occurred). Customer support agree the app does not work, but there seems to be no defined plan to fix it.

    Had a not dissimilar problem with my Withings scales. I bought them with the ability to detect artery hardening, then this feature was disabled. Withings seems to be pretty cavalier about selling stuff with an upmarket spec, and then failing to hold their promise.

    I for one will never buy another Withings product, and I strongly advise others to do the same.
