Cars Never Gets Dispatched via App Booking
I’m officially writing my first review on App Store.
I’ve had several bad experience booking taxis through this app. It confirms your bookings but rides will never get dispatched except you ring in.
I’ve decided to delete this app and continue ringing in to book

Poor app
Service was great the last time ordered from their app and I will probably return in future. The only thing I didn’t like is when you request ride on the app, it does not forecast how much the fare will be, I had to ring office and ask them the price.
Doesn’t work
This app just doesn’t work, tried uninstalling it and then installing it, no joy, even went old school and phoned them up, the answer phone message was as download the app 🙄, went to another taxi firm instead. Spend you hard earned Mowbray else where.
Honestly a complete waste of time
If you making a booking 30 minutes in advance it will automatically confirm the booking, and then cancel it just before it was due to arrive because they haven’t got drivers available. Its like a really dreadful and badly made version of uber that literally does not work.
Great service
Loved the app, really easy to use and could track the taxi and it arrived on time. All good, Will use again.
Great convenient app
The new app is much better than the previous version, making it quick and easy for me to get my go to taxi.
Do Not Use
Again, the customer service agent does not know how to treat customers. You book a car for 5 people, ensure he understood it was for 5 people, yet a 4 seater car arrives. He is then adamant that ‘you never booked for 5 people mate’. Firstly - I did. Secondly - I am not your mate.
Also, if you believe their 10 mins, then more fool you. Everyone that came into the office was offered 10 mins as a waiting time....I didn’t see 1 car arrive within 20 mins.

Finally a app launched in Basingstoke for taxis easy to use and cars arrive to you instantly will be using from now on would recommend to anyone
Good Stuff
Booked a taxi the night before to get to the bus station in time for a bus to the airport. Was a bit nervous due to the reviews, but the app worked fine and it said it was all booked in. The next day went perfectly, received a text when the taxi left to come get us and then was able to track until we got another saying it was outside. The driver was very nice. All in all a great experience.
