Absolutely love this app!! I don’t know if they do this all the time but I had one photo come out that I had blown up too much for the jpeg and they did not charge me! I also don’t even live that close by and it was only like $8 to have 10 photos mailed to me ! Totally worth it than trying to get over there to pick them up ! Love it

Awesome!

I love this App. I have missed having some pictures in my hand vs. just looking at them on my phone all the time and you can surprise people with them of a special event. Very easy to navigate and then the service at the Onon. Blvd. Is the best. Great people and very helpful !

Very fast and convenient

I love the app. The pictures are usually always ready before the scheduled time. I just walk in pick them up and pay . I’m usually out of the store in seconds. The only thing is make sure you edit and adjust the picture before submitting it. I’ve had a couple pictures cropped someone out because I did not double check. That is my fault, I should have double checked haha . Overall love the app!

So convenient

I love ordering my pictures from the Walgreens app because I can do it quickly and anywhere that I am. My one criticism though is I sometimes have trouble with Walgreens cropping a photo in the wrong place after I’ve painstakingly edited. Once it downloads and you see it getting cut in the moment you can’t go back.

These bugs are bugging me!

I placed a small order yesterday. Today, I’m trying to place another order, but it sees my order from yesterday as still being in my cart. When I try to delete the current item in my cart, it doesn’t actually delete it. When I go to add more photos, the app closes. I’ve tried at least 5 times. I think I may have to delete the app and re-add it. I can tell some improvements have been made since I last used it, but these bugs are bugging me!

Walgreen’s photos from i-type devices

Why not offer a service to allow a customer to upload photos to Walgreens; allow customer to resize etc. then download it to customer’s i-type device so they can print photos on their own home printer(s). Not to say for free, but for less than what we pay now. Walgreens would save cost of employee interaction and paper? Maybe you have this service, but if you do not please let me know positives and negatives of offering this service! Thank you in advance for your response. Happy Holidays! Stay safe!

Photos printed

Good but if I want more than one or two prints
not sure how to order. Also it is difficult to change the tint for color especially skin tone with choosing photos at home. Also it is hard to crop photos or even make photos black and white instead of color. It’s convenient but has its limitations. I also wanted 30 percent coupon applied but had to settle for 20 percent. Maybe when I go to Walgreens I can get the 30 percent discount. From Suzanne Also does 20 percent senior discount apply today October 6, 2020??

Fast and easy

This app is easier than printing from the store kiosk and you don’t have to transfer pics to a thumb drive. I created an album of photos I wanted to print, threw all the pictures in it and tapped to print. Choose size, quantity and pick up location and you’re done!

I PAID IN FULL BUT NO PHOTO

I ordered my pic on Wednesday last. It said 3 days. Today was the 3rd day. It’s not here so I looked at the app to see if there was info. Nothing and no way to find any. Maybe it will show up tomorrow...🤷🏻‍♀️
It’s now been 8 days. The day I ordered, then 5 business days. There is no way to track my picture! I’m very displeased. 10 days no print. Still no way to communicate with this company.
IT HAS BEEN A FULL 14 DAYS SINCE I MADE MY ORDER AND PAID IN FULL.

OK, it finally came. A relief. The poster was beautiful and well done.

Needs better communication

After not receiving any contact about my order for over a week (the confirmation email promised I’d get a shipping notification in 1-3 days), I became concerned that this app was fraudulent. There is no customer service phone number provided, just an email. The email I sent regarding my order status generated auto reply, then someone eventually got back to me explaining the delay, telling me how overwhelmed with orders they were. I was wrong about this app being fraudulent, but I would’ve appreciated more proactive communication to prevent fear over whether or not they had stolen my money. My photos arrived today, nearly two weeks later, but they are very good quality. My review reflects that, but also my overall experience.
