Disappointed
Ordered 61 photos from a recent Disney family vacation so my 4 year old daughter would have a memory book. Of the 61 photos, 29 of them were cropped either cutting off a portion of someone’s head—including Mickey’s ears—or had the photo’s orientation arbitrarily changed from horizontal to vertical/profile and just plain ruining the composition. Such a bummer when you come to expect something to be taken care of professionally and it’s just thrown together. Not sure if this is the app trying to automatically enhance or human error but my daughter could have done a better job.

Frustrating flaws
The app is functional of you don't have to do anything else, switch between apps, add to your order, etc. If you have to switch to another app (to find a specific photo, for example), it will either time out and you lose everything, or you have to go back to the beginning. If you have all your photos ready to go and know exactly what you want, then it's easy to navigate, but if you need to backtrack at all, be prepared to start all over.

Worst Photo App
This is the worst photo app to use. I ordered photos and opted for the 40% off and home delivery. My account was charged for photos that never came. JPEG labs runs this app and is running a fraudulent business. There is no number for customer service only an email address. The confirmation number sent for my order was a fake, then the tracking number for UPS was also a fake. I was able to confirm this with a customer service rep at UPS. Also there is no way to review the order you placed.
Do not make the same mistake! DO NOT USE THIS APP. If you need photos from Walgreens use the Walgreens app.

Be careful
I really enjoy the convenience of having this app and being able to print off pictures when needed. But do not crop your pictures too close because when the pictures are printed they’re actually smaller than the square that is in the app. You’re gonna lose part of the picture on all four sides.
Too easy To use!
I enjoy this app because when I want prints, magnets, posters, etc, it is easy to pick my photos and order! An email minutes later and I know when things are ready for me to swing by my local Walgreens and pick them up...just so easy to use I am using it all the time.
Love the convenience
This app is great I can get my photos faster then having to go to the store and wait. It’s cool because you can get the pictures you take put on paper it also finds a location that’s close by where you live or where you are at the moment I also think the photos come out great 😘😘😘

Convenient way to order photo’s!
I used the app several times over the holiday season to order prints and find it very convenient and easy to use. My only ‘wish’....that the app would allow you to select whether you want your prints in a horizontal/vertical format. Other than that...love it!
Best way to order photos
I still love actually looking through old photos rather than on the phone. And this the easiest way to order photos. And you don’t have to mess with credit cards or worry about financial info getting stolen because you don’t pay until you pick up the photos at your local Walgreens!
Could use work
In general, the app is OK for me but...
I name my photos that are destined for printing so that the name on the photo lets me know if I need more than one of them and, sometimes, who will get the photo besides me. That way, in viewing the photo, I can see instantly how many I need to order. Without the photo name, the whole process becomes slow and cumbersome when ordering. Also, the slow response time in previewing the photo and then going back to the ordering screen is a bit frustrating. I would like “snappier” performance. That is something that can be accomplished on the programming side of the app, not necessarily on my hardware end and on the transmission speed of my network. My experience with ordering photos yesterday was clumsy at best and I ordered less than I wanted (I’ll know for sure when I pick up my photos). So, if someone, particularly the programmer, reads this and is able to enhance the app, and the “back end” of the app, this might stimulate some improvement ideas. Interesting to note, however, I was using the PC (Windows) interface to order my pictures since I pull from file folders on my PC.

So convenient!
I love how easy it is to get my pictures on my phone printed with this app, and I can choose the store closest to my house even when I’m at work. The picture quality comes out much better than any of the online companies and I can pick up my photos the same day. This is my go to for pictures.
