Continuous login issues

For months now, I haven’t been able to use the app properly. Every time I open it, it forgets my account completely. When I type in my details and try to log in, I get an error message saying, ‘Something went wrong. Please verify your information.’ I can access my account on my PC, but that’s pointless when I’m on the go or need to claim miles. I’ve repeatedly contacted customer support, but they haven’t provided a lasting solution to the issue.

Virtual Card View

When viewing the virtual card details the card expiry and CCV are covered/obscured by the company name on the card.

Team needs to use their own app

Pleo is really great in many ways, but the core app experience really needs some polish. If the mobile dev team read this, here are some suggestions as a regular user (I’m on the latest app version):
- faster sign in. FaceID function not available, always asks for pin
- approving purchase flow is flaky at best. Sometimes need to kill the app to get it back. Needs QA time
- bugs are common. I’ve had buttons disappear (‘no receipt’ info submission button just completely disappeared recently, breaking the process), and receipts with complete info sit in the ‘incomplete’ list for minutes before moving out
- the whole app just feels a bit…breakable. That’s either a sign of not enough testing, or not enough use by the people who build the app. If your developers used the product day to day you’d spot this stuff immediately and your customers would thank you!

New Bugs Shipped Weekly!

Today I can’t upload a missing receipt explanation as the submit button has gone! Regularly, critical flows in this app just stop working. It’s clearly not tested, or tested very lightly on a non-iOS device. Very frustrating!

Simple and up to the point

The app has a very clear interface, with a minimalistic approach. All the things you need are right there.

Broken App

The app stops working overnight. Every morning all of the transactions disappear and I have to turn my phone off and on again to get it working. I have reported this to our account manager but was ignored.

For a business so heavily app based, Pleo should really consider spending some money on creating a stable app that actually works.

Needs More Categories

App and process is fine, but there needs to be a bigger selection of categories or at least an “Other” option. The main one for our company is that there isn’t an option to select for Fuel purchases, and we have annoying users who are refusing to add fuel receipts as they cannot select the correct category. Could this be added please??

Terrible

Honestly choose a different card, this app will ruin your life with its constant crashing, lagging, unnecessary time-consuming security features, inability to display correctly and general non-functionality. I tried to contact the company to explain the issues but they weren’t interested

Scammers - they are going to tell you it is free then take £45 of your money

These scammers put you on a 'trial' paid plan. you have no option to reject it. they tell you that they will revert to unpaid at the end of the trial, instead they just take £45 off your balance.

What have you done???

Pleo….what have you done with the latest version? It’s kicked me out and keeps crashing when I try to log in…! Please mend it asap as I need it!!!!
