Hi! We know how frustrating buffering of videos can be, when all we want to do is watch them. This is most likely a network connection issue. To resolve this, lower the quality on the video player (do this by pressing on the ‘diamond’ icon on the video player and choosing a lower video resolution). You can also try different quality options to reduce buffering while playing, or switch to play audio only so that there is less interference. With our video player and the video quality, we are using Apple's technology for the player and the videos transcoding and they handle the automatic quality. We have performed network testing, simulated different levels of network reception and the results were good. We are though continually running tests when we get feedback to see if there is any change and if there are improvements we can make outside of Apple's player. We also have planned for later next year options to be able to download videos for offline viewing. So until then we hope you can still make the most of BRiN and the extensive business library available to you for free. P.S.
