Over engineered

Nice effort but it’s not comfortable to do the exercises while holding the phone at arms length.
One benefit is that the app helped me get my head to 45 degrees.
One weakness is the written instructions: they fail to mention that you must turn the head *before* lying down slowly.
I gave up on this app after one day and made by own “hands free” timer from a free HIIT app. Now I can listen to a podcast while the free app speaks instructions. Much more relaxing.

Response from developer

Thanks for the feedback. We developed this app because I found that when I adopted the approach of using a simple timer and listening to audiobooks that I tended to unconsciously relax my posture thereby reducing the benefit gained from the exercise. Instead I found it better if I remained engaged with the exercise as this helped me maintain the recommended 45 degree angle which is what the app was designed to do.  While I was using the app I still listened to my audiobooks which certainly made the time fly past and is why we added the 'change position' chime. Once again thanks for the feedback and I wish you a speedy recovery.

BPPV

A good app, however, it is mislabeled within the program itself as BVVP instead of BPPV. Also, I am not sure what the sounds are supposed to do but it would be nice if one heard a little bell or click at the conclusion of each stage.
Thanks
