UPDATE: Thank you for applying our suggestions and updating your review. Best of luck with the app! PREVIOUS: No, that would not be right to have someone re-purchase. You only need to purchase the one time. Have you tried to use the RESTORE PURCHASES feature in settings? This is a pretty common feature, when you delete an app and reinstall it again, you can restore the purchases. As a matter of fact, even if you tried to purchase it again, it would prompt you that you have already purchased the program and wouldn't even allow you to buy it again. That's just how apps work with non-consumable in-app purchases. It's not even possible to re-buy it. So, how about trying that? If that doesn't work, then could you please contact our SUPPORT so we can properly assist you in the matter? And then, once you do have the in-app purchase back on your phone again, would you kindly change your review since this is simply not true whatsoever. Thank you and sorry for any inconvenience.
