It helped me stop smoking for 4 months. I relapsed and needed the program again. I had a problem with reinstalling my purchase. Support was quick to answer. The problem was restrictions on my phone. I’m good to start over now, yes!TweetaT

UPDATE: Thank you for applying our suggestions and updating your review. Best of luck with the app! PREVIOUS: No, that would not be right to have someone re-purchase. You only need to purchase the one time. Have you tried to use the RESTORE PURCHASES feature in settings? This is a pretty common feature, when you delete an app and reinstall it again, you can restore the purchases. As a matter of fact, even if you tried to purchase it again, it would prompt you that you have already purchased the program and wouldn't even allow you to buy it again. That's just how apps work with non-consumable in-app purchases. It's not even possible to re-buy it. So, how about trying that? If that doesn't work, then could you please contact our SUPPORT so we can properly assist you in the matter? And then, once you do have the in-app purchase back on your phone again, would you kindly change your review since this is simply not true whatsoever. It's working!
I love this app! I have cut back and am on my way to being a non smoker! The only thing I would suggest to make this better is to allow one to fall asleep after the session. I have trouble sleeping sometimes and listen when I go to bed; sometimes it wakes me, sometimes it doesn't. Maybe turn the music back on when the session ends. Otherwise I'm close...so close to quitting!!Show lessTurtle6891
