Complete and awesome app
I’m really impressed with Salesmate, I’m creating a sales team and have been searching for an app that allowed me to manage the team, but needed to map the database customers and be capable of elaborating custom reports, and you got it!!!

Fantastic Functionality and Support
I love Salesmate! I like it so much that I have an account for my banking job and my business. Many CRMs are too complicated to fine tune and adjust without a developer. Salesmate makes it easy enough for you to get by on your own. It’s beautifully simple without skimping out on any of the essentials. The app really is wonderful.
I actually found Salesmate when Googling for a Close CRM alternative. If you’re familiar with Close CRM Salesmate is similar, except it actually has an app and support is WAY better. Seriously, I can message them at midnight through the app and they will work with me to resolve challenges within 5 minutes. They have teams in India and the US so support it 24/7. Pricing is also very fair.
There are minor things that I wish could be added or improved, but they’re not nearly bad enough to take a star away. The staff actually will relay your suggestions to their management circles and take your feedback seriously. They ask a lot of questions to help better present your ideas. Great App!
Great App for a great CRM. Looked through a dozen after after hours of YouTube research. Started free trials on 4+ CRMs and Salesmate has been by far the easiest, most intuitive, and cleanest aesthetically. I can’t wait to master the software and take our sales to the next level.Turbo6288
The best CRM that just keeps getting better!
Salesmate is awesome. The product is very powerful but not overwhelming. It’s easy to use the basic features and explore more of it like workflow automations, webhooks etc as you go. The calling and texting with call recording built in is like no other crm and the support team is great. Keep it up!bythebay10
Mobile version
Mobile app is not designed for contacting customers on a large base scale. Example you call a company write down a note and unless you select manual entry you can’t follow up, then once you update the information and go back to call another customer it will direct you to the first company on the list having to scroll all the way back down to call the following company.Show lessRC1298

Best CRM
I’ve been in Sales over 30 years and this is by far the best CRM I have ever used. It’s easy to navigate through and the calling features make it easy to take notes during the call and set up follow up actions. Watch out Salesforce, you’ve got some heavyweight competition!MikeJb

Simple and effective app
Love the simplicity of the app, and has almost everything I need.
2 improvements I’d love to see:
1 - the possibility of working offline on the IOS app
2 - being able to make recurrent an activity on the app (although this is possible on the desktop platform)staiti wines
