Was forced to download the app to get an offer of buy 1 pizza get 1 for free, downloaded the app and ordered the 2 pizzas, but they made me pay for both! Customisation is horrible, app is hard to use, and it doesn't show the offer conditions properly

Pizza customization issue
I used the app several times with no issue. The last time I wanted to order and customize my pizza, the ingredients selection is missing and you can not specify the pizza elements other than the main like pizza type, size, sauces, and some additions but you can not specify like adding olives, green pipers and so on. It was there before but not now. I even requested the assistance from the staff at the branch but they did not find it as well.
