  • Terrible

    I don’t think this app would have been top of the line in 2006. It works 50% of the time at best. I am seriously considering making little paper airplanes with my maintenance requests on them and throwing them from the roof towards the management office…I think it would have about the same success rate as submitting a ticket through this app.

  • Clunky, Laggy, Glitchy, Broken

    All the other reviews are spot on. I never leave reviews but I am going out of my way for this one.

    -The app freezes/buffers in the middle of typing just to log in
    -It signs you out instantly if you even open another app
    -It crashes/freezes if you try to come back to the app without closing it completely
    -I think the UI is fine. That’s why they get 1 star. It’s usable, and that’s it

    I use an up to date iPhone 14 Pro Max so it’s not a problem with my hardware. This review is as of December 2023.
