Let us change between blood and Plasma
The app is great for time saving and booking on the go. My biggest frustration is not being able to change between donating blood or plasma. Being in a place that has no donation centre I want to give more but it’s made hard due to not being able to change between blood and plasma. PLEASE fix thisScargillv
Good App let’s make it better
Generally a useful app. I use it to book appointments rather than phoning or using the website. It also reminds me of my appointments, thanks for that.
Two features I’d like to see added:
1) allow me to book a recurring appt (e.g once a month, every 3 months, etc) rather than having to book each appt individually.
2) allow me to capture my regular medications in the app and choose to share it with NZBS. Yes, I’d actually do that; I get tired of telling the same story EVERY month!!Show lessInanga
Booking calendar shows next year
The booking calendar/set appointment shows only available from next year 28th feb when though the website shows availability as of today. Also unable to choose between blood and plasma donation type on booking system in the app.BeezyNZ
User friendly app
Easy to use and navigate through the app. The only thing I noticed didn’t work with the app was that my phone was set up with 24-Hour time and anytime I would want to look at appointments from 1pm onwards, the app would show e.g x9 spots but as soon as I clicked on the time slot, nothing would come up. It took some time to figure out that I had to set up my phone to 12-Hour time in order for me to be able to see the booking schedule on the app.Show lessJenny Dess
Can’t enter donation number
Won’t let me enter in my donation number after I gave blood for the first time? And my account still says I have 0 donations....tessthedog1234456
Problem with changing appointment
I love the app, but after the last update it won’t let me reschedule or cancel my appointment on the app.MoniQ774
Doesn’t tell you it needs ID
Silly app doesn’t tell you that you need ID when you go to your donation booking. I just went 15kns to give my ‘badly needed’ blood and they refused me because I didn’t know to bring ID with... and nowhere did it mention it wen booking or confirming my booking... only when the guy asked for my ‘donor ID’ did the app say I need to bring ID! 🤦🏼♂️Show lessPhantomNVD
Great app
Great app and simple to use. I would suggest 1 change to allow us to update our medical status ie. pregnant/breastfeeding, cough etc so it can automatically correct ‘days to donate’ and our donation type ie. whole blood, plasma, regent cell etc.Arny04
App keeps crashing
The app keeps crashing. I am trying to update my location to Auckland from Wellington and it keeps timing out and errors with cannot connect to server.
I can’t make bookings via the app either. Its very unresponsive so basically using it to show my DonorIDKiwiDonor
This App changed my donation world
This app is easy and simple to follow.
I have donated plasma 137 times now and booking and managing my appts was a nightmare if I had to cancel or move one.
Now I can do it all from my phone while on the go.
Not to mention that it has my donor card and all the information that I need relating to donating.
