  • App Login is AWFUL NOW

    The app no longer lets me login with username and password? I have to fill in first, last, lookup my policy number (I don’t have that memorized!!!!), enter my DOB and then wait for an email code….a code that after 10m has never arrived even after resending?

    What kind of designer did this? Someone who understands nothing about UX design and wants to torture the users? This is dreadful design!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi, we recently made changes to our sign-up/sign-in journey which no longer require usernames and passwords. Instead, please enter your details as per your policy (including the email address you have for your policy) to receive the OTP and afterwards you will be able to set a PIN or Face ID to use for subsequent logins.
