Terrible app terrible service
Too many frustrating interaction with the app and customer service. The latest one being I booked an appointment for 12:50 and they called me at 12:15 and I didn’t get the call. They’ve now cancelled my 12:50 and charged me for the appointment. There must be a glitch with the app. When re booking for tomorrow I couldn’t write properly in the notes box.Show lessDeveloper Response

Hard to know where to go for what you want, also your reception girls don’t answer the phone and are rude in person, I really don’t like tend, standards have surely slipped since taking over but the hype about how good you are has increased. Nurses are slow if any are in. Only stay because of Lorraine.Show lessTend
Not great!… Every time I've seen a doctor… Every time I have had blood test etc… Every time I've waited for results… I have had to chase I've had to follow up I have had to constantly what is going on. – Not great
