Leave a Review Salve
Completely awful
So bad that I’ve complained to the company forcing me to use it. No discernible grasp of modern software engineering paradigms or user experience patterns. The people responsible are out of their depth in every conceivable sense. Example: upon installation, I was instantly given a dozen notifications for messages which are between three and eighteen months old. The only way to mark them as read is to individually access them. Ridiculously bad. No excuses for this in 2024.Show lessDeveloper Response
Thanks for providing your feedback on using Salve and we're sorry to hear that it is not meeting your expectations. We were surprised to hear that you received a batch of old messages up to 18 months old – we're not sure how that could be possible, unless you had a previously established account that you hadn't logged into in a while. We could definitely do a better job of batching notifications when they reach a certain number and have logged this as feedback. We have a host of messaging improvements on our roadmap including group chat, folders, drafts, search, and more. A bulk mark as read/unread/archive feature sounds great, so I've added that to our list as well. If you have any more feedback or would like us to look into anything specific to your account, please send us an email to hello@salveapp.co.uk where our support team will be happy to help. Can't send a message on web
This app is super annoying. There's no way to write a message using the web portal. I don't want to type on my phone. I want to actually be able to read an entire message without scrolling and type using a real keyboard. 1-star for a subpar web experience and forcing everyone to use the mobile app.Show lessWho designed this…
This app is the least intuitive, most confusing app ever which is terrifying considering it is a portal for medical communications, legal documents and information. Here are just some of my top issues:
1. The info tab has information but also documents. It is not searchable or easy to read. There is a documents tab that does not house all the documents needed.
2. You have to go to settings to EngageMD to see outstanding documents which is completely not integrated.
3. I have to chat with my clinic constantly to see what’s outstanding and the messages have no subject line. I have a bunch of messages from the same person and have to search through each individually to find information.
4. Home just shows an upcoming appointment but doesn’t let me schedule from here or see my past appointments.Show lessDeveloper Response
Thanks for taking the time to leave us your feedback. 1. As information is created by your clinic, we unfortunately don't have control over what format they choose to upload their information. We're unable to look up user information via App Store reviews so we'll be unable to pass this feedback on to them, but I encourage you to do so if possible. 2. We would love to provide a deeper integration with EngagedMD, but as Salve and EMD are two separate companies a full integration is complex. But in our current integration, Salve performs a "handshake" with EMD allowing you to access your EMD account seamlessly without needing to enter separate login details. Prior to the integration, patients needed to access EMD via a browser with separate login credentials from Salve. We hope to improve this integration over time, but we believe its current functionality is still a significant patient experience improvement and have received lots of positive feedback on it so far. 3. We 100% agree with this feedback and have several messaging improvements planned for this year, including: search, subject lines, archiving, group chat, and getting messaging into our patient web portal. I realise this doesn't help you in the immediate, but these improvements are high on our list! 4. On your home screen, you should be able to pull down on the appointment timeline to load your past appointments. If that's not the case, please send us an email at hello@salveapp.co.uk so that we can look into this for you. Appointment booking is not currently a feature of Salve, but you can book appointments with your clinic by sending them a message :)
