Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and we're sorry to hear that your experience using Salve hasn't been as good as we would like. We're working hard on introducing new features to Salve all the time, and having search within messaging, information, documents, lab results, etc. is one of our priorities. In the meantime, generally you can find broader guidance from your clinic within the 'information' section, which is organised into category folders by your clinic. For documents specific to you, these will be sent to you by your clinic in the 'documents' section. These are usually things like letters, and sometimes test results, but most results will be sent to you in the 'lab results' section (currently lacking a search function, but we're working on it!).
