Charged for cancelling free trial

Why was I charged $6.48 for cancelling the the 7 day free trial when I was only two days into it?

Hello, App Store doesn't charge for Free Trials as long as it is cancelled before 24 hours the trial ends. Please note that the smallest plan starts at $15. So the amount $6.48 looks odd since it doesn't correspond to any item. The receipt from the App Store should have the details. Please do reach out to support in case you need any help. Thanks!

Doesn’t receive app notification anymore

Not sure why but I don’t receive the notification on my phone. Defeat the purpose of the app.

Always alerts and support has been great

I use Distill to track rare product inventory. I’ve been able to purchase a lot of rare products thanks to this app using either the whole page or select part of page monitor. It alerts me by this app as well as discord webhooks. I’ve also used the email and text alerts which worked great but they were redundant as the other alerts were plenty. Tip: set your distill notification banner style to persistent so you never miss an alert. I contacted support to help me monitor a difficult page since I’m not a web developer and they quickly provided me with the JavaScript needed to monitor the product. I highly recommend this app.

This is incorrect, sorry. We offer a 7-day free trial for the Starter plan. This is clearly labelled in the billing page and managed by the App Store. This works and thousands of customers have availed it. You won't get a free trial in case you tried the following: 1. The free trial can be availed only once by an App Store account. Once availed, it can't be availed again. 2. A higher plan like Professional are are not available in free trial. This is clearly labeled in the billing page. When subscribing, App Store clearly states the terms. Please read them carefully to make sure that you are getting what you expect. Can’t even do the basics right

Really really really buggy for something that wants $35 a month. There’s a sign-IN with Apple ID button, but if you want to sign UP first it doesn’t give you that option, its email only. Then, when you try to sign up by email it tells you that the email has already been used (it hasn’t). THEN, when you try to reset your password on that email (in case it was already used), it asks if you want to sign up with that email. If you click yes/submit nothing actually happens. Fantastic.

Finally was able to sign up/log in with my apple id on my phone, but still can't sign in with that on the browser. Lovely.

Regarding signing up with email, note if you are using a disposable email address, that won't work. When using Apple ID, can you please send an email to support? You most likely encountered an edge case on the web. We will look into it and help get it set up for you. Thanks!

Poor Service

I upgraded to the premium service. It was a waste of money. It did NOT alert me in the proper amount of time.

Not worth it

I got this to try and help me procure a PS5. I only got it to work on a few sites and it never told me once when something was in stock when I know for a fact that it was. Maybe it as bc the stock moved to fast for their checks. It ended up just bogging down my emails with OOS messages. Waste of money and the UI was not very smooth. Waste of money.
