Anytime I try to do anything even create a account says somthing about servers tried deleting and reinstalling but get same thing can’t change any setting on board or anything any idea when servers will be fixedBoardser
Network error
Can anyone help? No responce from swagtron, I keep getting network error message and no matter what settings I choose, nothing happens on the hoverboard. Please help!xdano79

If anyone is having issues adjusting your speed sensitivity, etc. you have to have the board on charge and in standby mode to change the settings. You cannot change them while you are riding. I hate that this is unclear so that is why I am here to tell you that it works and how to do it, the UI looks a little weird but other than that it’s greatRandomUserWasTaken

I have a swagtron and I don’t really like the fact how this app doesn’t work. It needs an update because I have the model T882 HERO and when you look there is no existing model on the app. I would like it if y’all would add this model in because I can’t adjust the speed alert and and the settings.
