This company continues to charge people a monthly subscription for a service that hasn’t been online in a year. Support is non-existent, their social media presence censors any discussion of the problems happening with this company, and the founders are incredibly sketchy. There is no way to cancel this monthly subscription other than calling your bank and blocking the charge. The company makes canceling this as difficult as possible. This is part of the reason Digital Dream Labs has an F rating by the Better Business Bureau. If you’re thinking about redownloading this app after dusting off your old Vector from the closet, don’t do it. Look into a software package called Wirepod (GitHub). It is an open source alternative to DDL’s software that enables all of your robots capabilities and more. It’s free, and you host your own server, so even if DDL’s servers are down (which they have been for a year) your robot will still work just like you remember.
