    Why can’t I create an account because I’m in the Uk?

  • Ne pas souscrire de compte sur cette plateforme

    A moins d être désespéré. Il n y a pas vraiment de personne compétente si il bloque votre compte ou si une erreur arrive vous êtes seul. C’est vraiment un compte de dépannage à votre arrivé en Europe si vous ne satisfaisiez aucun critère pour ouvrir un compte courant.

  • Sin unos abusadores

    Tuvieron mi dinero retenido sin ningún tipo de motivo por 3 meses y medio. Tuve que recurrir a protección al consumidor y enviar carta burofax al banco de España para que reaccionaran de inmediato. Si les pasa esto hagan lo mismo. La cantidad retenida y sin respuestas fue de 10.000 euros. Poco serios por decir que no lo son.

  • Wrong name

    They cannot differentiate between first name and surname in some passports!! So I got XXX as my name! They don’t want to change it!! Because everything is automatised! Even they couldn’t tell me what my « registered » name was! Then, to cash in a cheque for the money to appear in your account it takes 28 days! Yes, 28 days!! Totally rubbish!

    It has block me account without telling me any reason . I keep send them email the never respond you . I am happy I didn’t leave any large amount init
