Garbage, annoying, zero customer service

Not wise to make an attempt to provide a service involving peoples money if you are having to rely on volunteers for customer service. I’ve had a negative experience from the start with this app and now I have lost access to funds due to app not syncing with the blockchain. What’s worse and shocking is that there is basically no customer service at all! You might get an auto generated email containing smug remarks about how they won’t tolerate abuse and they don’t have your money but its safe on the blockchain like you can just go by and pick it up, forgetting completely that sending receiving on blockchain is the service they are supposed to provide.. what a joke, common sense will tell you to expect people to be upset when you mishandle, hold, or cause them to loose access to their funds. Newsflash for Litewallet, when your service is responsible for the movement of customers funds and your service screws that up leaving funds lost/stuck in the blockchain then by default you do in fact have their money in their eyes. So save your smart Alec technical remarks for someone else because you are responsible for those funds and a timely return of said funds. I’m going on 5 days without one human response to several attempts for assistance. Honestly can’t rate their customer service due to the fact that there is no customer service.. I’ll say it again, very foolish to make attempt providing this type of service with such a glitchy problematic app when you can not provide acceptable help to any of the ever growing number of customers or ex-customers experiencing major issues. Your ruining LTC and burning bridges with customers. What happened to common sense??

No Customer Service

This app is decent for its convenience, but everything else about it is horrible. I’ve been trying to give it the benefit of the doubt since March 2021, but I’m officially done. Every purchase I’ve made on here has had a problem whether it was a minor or major problem it still causes an annoyance when trying to conduct business. Well about a week ago I purchased $150+ worth of Litecoin on this app only for it to never go through. After puechasing my wallaet has been stuck “Syncing” and the progress of my purchase has been stuck at 0% for the past week. There’s also nowhere I can file for support or anything so I just lost my money. I’m extremely annoyed at the fact that there’s no way to get support and I just lost my money. Definitely just lost a customer.👎🏽

Don’t bother contacting for help.

I have ltc missing from my account for months and support has not helped whatsoever. This wallet is terribly flawed. It changes your receive address nearly every time you use it. Considering that this is the official wallet for Litecoin and there is no real support team for it. Only autoreplies. Stay away!

Sorry you are not enjoying the app. Part of the feature is the wallet generates a new address with each transaction. This reduces risk for you. All crypto wallets have this feature.

App isn’t working

cannot send any amount of litecoin from wallet. was working before fine, 4 days ago, transactions started getting stuck at 40% when trying to be sent, never gets confirmed in block, canceled and refunds; litecoin is stuck cannot be sent please help !!

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. First, realize your Litecoin is safe as long as you have kept your 12 words. Your copy of Litewallet can get out of sync of the Litecoin blockchain.
