Phone number verification does not work
An error message keeps appearing when I use my phone number as a verificationTimex1
Wouldn’t bother.
I theory it’s a nice and convenient idea, to have a bike lock that opens via your smart phone. However, upon purchasing a new lock from a retailer, Incant get my lock to pair with the app. Just does not find it, even if I follow the app instructions. Tried to find it in my regular Bluetooth settings, and again…nothing. Only upside is that I didn’t purchase from the official company and therefore got mine super cheap…thank god! App abandoned by developer
In the last few years, the Facebook auth stopped working, causing accounts set up using Facebook auth to stop working and any locks linked to those accounts to be unusable through the app (disallow linking to new account). Support is unresponsive and the company seems to have pivoted and abandoned its users.Show lessjaracosan

New App is a dud
Made mistake upgrading to latest version of the App. Doesn’t find my lock. Good thing it’s not on my bike.
I can use my lock as a fishing weight so not all is lost.Gigyj
New app lost my Ellipse and can‘t connect anymore
After the update was installed, the app had lost my ellipse and was not able to reconnect to it even after several tries.
Now by bike is locked and will have to destroy the ellipse - so disappointing!Choe Sd Gyong

The new Version of the app it’s much more impressive but I had problems connecting to my iPhone X I had to leave it in unlock position, it seems to be working now but it’s very unpredictable with the Bluetooth connectionJasonWelford
Ripped off
The app might be helpful if I had actually received my lock. It was lost twice during delivery and no replies when asking for a refund. Rip offbazcurtis
Rubbish
So expensive and only works when you are super close. What is the point to lock it when you are standing next to your bike? The theft alert is what got me to purchase the device but it doesn’t work when you are a few feet away.Biker85!
