好多印度司机,每次遇上他们送餐就比预计时间晚好多,从取餐到送到中间超过一个小时,平台完全不管,好差好垃圾

The various things are difficult to use, and there is all kinds of price discrimination.

When picking up from the app, it’s already more expensive than ordering from store directly. Then they have a promotion that includes free snacks, but if you don’t select it, you don’t get them. I contacted customer service, and they only offered a $5 coupon, even though I told them the dish cost $20. They insisted on only giving $5. It’s really frustrating to order food. There’s no price advantage, and the customer service isn’t friendly either. I don’t even know what got into me to use their app to order in the first place. Now I feel so bad I want to throw up 🤮.
the pricing structure lacks transparency, and the discounts seem designed to mislead rather than provide real amount.

和饭团一样恶心。希望两家竞争越来越激烈

总结:先用各种花里胡哨的活动吸引过来 然后再坑你。各种各样的套路

比如7块的东西服务费就要3.5。注意是服务费不是小费!服务费是完全给熊猫公司的 还要加上税。小费。配送费…..算下来和原价差不多了

或者说是无门槛送红包减10结果必须满三十

打折的东西还会按照原价收税。差价的税估计就塞公司腰包里了。这是不合法的!!!

Worst Service

They delivered 2 bowls fried rice with excessively salt and oil, we all feel throat burning after few taste, I applied for refund, after literally 4 conversations and calls, the best compensation they provide me is 10 dollar coupon, the fact is everything is overpriced and they give you a bunch of coupon for free already, and this 10 dollar coupon can’t be used with others, so the gap which is the compensation is literally one freaking dollar, the service agent disappear whenever you ask for more support, they escalate to higher team and that waste you time every time without proper solution.

The Slowest Delivery

This review is not about the app, but about the company overall. It is the slowest food delivery app that I have used. Last Sunday I ordered dinner at 6pm, at 8pm the food was still not there so I contacted customer service who told me they would ask the driver to prioritize my order. At 8:30pm I saw on the map the driver’s getting further away from me so I contacted customs service again and requested a full refund. They did and said the food wouldn’t be delivered since I was refunded. I said the refund request was based off the extra long waiting time after I contacted customer service and was told they would prioritize which did not happen. They arranged to have my food delivered at around 9pm, already cold. And guess what? They later removed my account. This is the worst food delivery company and the customer service is just the “cherry on top.”

Update: Thanks for your response. I am not able to provide the order number since my account has already been wiped out. I tried to use my phone number to log in/register and talk to the “customer service” again thinking I could at least use the APP for pick up orders, but I guess my phone number got blocked for good. I feel retaliated because of the refund and guess the company doesn’t need me as a customer so I deleted the APP for good.
