I tried to download a lot of software before, but they are not as good as this

This application is really easy to use.
Registration is convenient, fast, and handy, and everything else used before has been removed.

I've had delivery drivers take too long to arrive. The platform should work on optimizing this.

The food is delicious, but the slow delivery is a drawback. Faster service would be appreciated.
They control the reviews
The shop messed up my order, I requested a refund. Refund was put through but customer service insisted I remove the review I had put under the shop and said it was requirement for me receiving refund. I refused but said I still want my refund. My reasoning was that the review reflects my experience so I don’t understand why I needed to delete my review.
Checked back on my review a while later to see it had been forcefully removed.
HungryPanda obviously controls the reviews of the shops to make you think the shop is better than what it is.

Terrible management of their delivery people
I am usually nice with delivery people because I understand that it’s a tough job. I ordered something for lunch today. Waited 90 mins. Nothing came. (By the end of 90 mins it still says that my delivery is 5km away). I was checking on the delivery person, they got my food a long time ago. Instead of coming towards me, they went further away and made about 3 big stops (I assume that they were doing other deliveries?). By the end of the 90 mins wait, the delivery person went back to the restaurant I ordered from (I could see from the map). I couldn’t wait no more because I had other commitments. Had to skip lunch and ended with a bad mood. What kind of experience is this? FYI, the weather is perfectly fine today.
