No driver

Took more than one hour for them to assign my order to a delivery person after the restaurant finished making it. My apartment is 10 mins away from the restaurant!!!! This happened twice in a roll now.

DO NOT RECOMMEND

Awful service, driver used fake phone number and when I called about an overdue delivery he was abusive. Driver picked up multiple other orders before delivering mine and food was cold. How can I trust food from someone using fake phone number? Felt like a SCAM. Customer service was absolutely useless and no help at all. Will be complaining to NZ consumer guarantees about this app.

Takes HOURS to deliver

I used to be a loyal costumer and nearly used this daily when it first came out. But now I’m deleting this. It takes HOURS to deliver from a cafe that’s 8 min drive from my home. EVERY TIME!
Not worth the time waiting around. Literally took them 2.5 h last time I ordered. Which is why I’m deleting this app. You can have all the good attitude you want but for a delivery app, you need to deliver.

the worst app ever used

I ordered food so many times using this app and every time the delivery took 1-2hours. Imagine when you order noodles and when you got it it’s cold and sticky couldn’t be eat at all. They stop responding you when you asked to cancel the order since it took so long time. That give you $2 just to avoid you writing bad comments.
I deleted this app and just a reminder for everyone NEVER try to use this rubbish app with rubbish deliver person and rubbish management system.

Delivery service always slow

The delivery had taken two hours to the place where is 10 minutes drive from my home. The customer service had helped me to contact the driver but no so helpful, they had called him for one hour to ask him to pick up the meal and obviously the driver ignored it. Long to short, just use other apps. I deleted it already.

Bad service

I used this app to order from a restaurant only 3.5km from my place. When I ordered, it said it is expected 0-30 min to deliver the meal, but after I wait for 1 hour, the app still show no one come to pick up the meal. I called the restaurant, and the restaurant staff confirmed that they are also waiting the driver to come. I tried to talk to then customer service, it takes me another 30min to wait and no where in the app show their phone number. No one solve my problem!!! Will never use this app again!!! Such a trash!!!

Can’t be trusted! Be carful about fraud credit card payment

I have recently ordered a meal from this site and when making payment their system keep saying ‘payment can’t not be completely’. After I ordered meal from Gogo daojia I realize my credit card has been billed twice. So I contacted them, they admitted there was a problem with their system but the helpline staff refused to refund the payment as they said the restaurant has received order and driver is on the way to pick up. So I have to report this fraudulent to bank to get my money back.
