It takes FOREVER to get delivered

It takes on average 1-2 hours to get delivered… 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Starved to death

I ordered food, waited for two hours and food was not here. Ended up eating chips.
Customer service said that they don’t care.
So download if you like this kind of experience

The customer service is so not responsive. I have an order of food not delivered. They said that they were asking, but I did not get a update in one day.

Super convenient App

This software is very convenient to operate, and there are a lot of food to choose from. The payment methods are also very diverse. My favorite feature is the daily food and merchant recommendations, which makes me look forward to trying new stores every day.
The only thing that can be suggested is: the food picture display of the merchant can be more.

I urge not to use this app. They lie!!!!!!

I ordered at 4:30pm and help centre let me know the driver is still on the way at 6:47pm.
I was waiting for food for 2 hours 17mins.

After 1hour 30mins, I told them to refund it after I obey their rule waiting the estimated time. And they said we can’t refund. I will give you the coupon. It is illegal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is illegal!!!!!!!! They lied!!!!!!!
Waiting for 2 hours 17mins, I knew that the driver still on the road to delivery the plenty things at the same time!!!! And then they said the refund.

I searched their website. And I could see the policy of refund. Just wasted my time, was about to lose my money. Bed experience. And already dinner time is gone.

Hardly got my refund

One of the restaurants forgets one of my items, I reported to the support but they ask me for pictures. No idea how to take a picture of something that’s missing. And the restaurant wouldn’t commit that they forgot things. So it took me about 30min just to get my 5 dollars back. So ridiculous.
