Awful App
this app is horrible and doesn’t work. the first time few times i used it it didn’t include all of my photos. now whenever i press a photo to print it brings me to the home page of my phone and exits the app. do not get this app or u will be disappointed. i wish there was a zero star rating because that’s what this app deserves.Show lessyalmomags

The pics I’ve printed look great. It’s fast too. So wish there was another way to print In addition to docking my phone. Very cool gadget to get on Black Friday sale!Tonie1220
Terrible
This app is a total piece of junk and renders the entire printer completely useless. Buggy, glitchy, slow, bad UX and can’t get to print. Absolute crap.Scott Harper
Great product, leggy app
I have this product for about two years now, and it’s great, but the app is laggy...
Sometimes it’s ok but sometimes it just won’t work or not even open past the picture choosing part...
For the last two days it would show me that loading wheel and that’s it! No picture, no way to print it out without the app, nothing works!
Tried to reinstall it but it still won’t work...Show lessasi gogo

Great when it actually works
The first couple times this was great...but the last two times my photos aren’t showing up in the gallery. I just deleted the app and am downloading again to see if it will help. I also can’t figure out how to print the photos with a border, so the border isn’t cut off on one side.A-Rae68
Christmas gift I still can’t use
It’s now May & I still can’t use this expensive gift. I plug my phone in, sign into Google account & no pictures come up. If I go to my gallery only the last few pictures shows up. I’ve been told to wait for next update on the app. Nice. 😒AbodyinMotion
Bummer
All my pictures are on my Google Photos App- with that being said it won’t let me connect. Please fix ASAP this is such a huge let down.Susyzck
App doesn’t work with iPhone photos
As others have said, you can only print through the app and there is no way to download pictures directly from the iPhone to the app, rendering the expensive for what it does slow printer unusable. What a joke! I wouldn’t try another Kodak product even if they gave it my for free. They should fold up and sell the brand since no one there even bothers to respond.Show lessmncjcjvjvjvufjv
App No Longer Works with Photos
This app is very basic but now does not see photos in Apple photos. I have thousands of photos but this app only finds 2 photos from 2016 and 2017.
Tried restarting. Tried an IPhone 8 and X with same results.
Please fix.Roadend
