Fix the app
As others have mentioned the printer works great and I am very happy with it but I am unable to select any of my pictures I only have access to 20 out of 7 thousand. It is extremely frustrating and makes the printer totally useless.James Vin
Terrible App
Slow, buggy, it runs like a pre-beta release. It’s barely operational. If you are using the USB or Pictbridge options, you will have to close and re-open the app after every print.M0u431970
Am I doing something wrong
Before buying this printer dock as a gift I did my research and read that it was brilliant. However, neither the app or the printer seem to work properly. Is mine broken? Am I doing something wrong? Overall I seem to have wasted a lot of money on an extremely poor product.Fielding79
Needing help!!
Hi, so the first few times I used itit worked great, but then, what would happen is, I would turn the printer on, insert my phone, then try to print, the printer would blink on red LED. For about five seconds, and then turn off, and my phone would read , ‘ please dock phone to printer’ it was!! I tried everything, turning it on and off, checking the instructions, connecting it to the printers WiFi, checking for paper jams, etc. nothing worked!! I’m still puzzled, I don’t know what to do. Anyway, before that the app and printer worked great! Prints as clear as the picture. But I have been having trouble with it. Thanks for listening! Please fix😥

Terrible
The printer itself works great but only if you can get this app to work. The app often doesn’t load photos from the phone gallery and sometimes prints them with an offside border despite displaying the preview correctly. I plan to return the printer because it’s basically useless since it depends on this terrible app for functioning.Show lesssr515teach
Really bad app
Seems like the Devs for this app have never used a photo edit feature on any phone OS or other apps like Instagram. I get that you have to edit a photo to fit within the ratio of the printer’s capabilities but to only allow you to move the photo to within the designated ratio on one axis is just stupid. You can move the photo up and down, but not side to side?Show lessBigkrackers
Printer quality is horrible

The app doesn’t access my photos
I have thousands of photos on my iPhone and it only access around 20, I’m very low resolution. If I try Facebook or Instagram, it also don’t show any photos. I will return the printer, since it seems to work only as a big charger, nothing else.Marcy L.
Pretty poor..needs updating!
This app is not good for wifi printing, the printer itself can't deal with the high res from the iPhone 7plus photos. You have to dock your phone every time!
The app also doesn't allow for iPhone 7plus depth of field photos they are just a blurred mess. Thank god the app if free!Upthehill

This is a great printer and app combo.
Love everything about the product but I wish you guys wouldn't limit copies to just five copies.
