Terrible App with no resolution.
The printer works well, however the app only loads a few random photos, most of which are not my most recent photos taken. I called tech support and left a message-what year are we in?! Really need to fix this app.explaurhow

Red light blinking
It won’t work and can not find how to update firmware easily. This is not as easy to use and the handbook is no help.reviewbyzh
Not good
Can only see 2 out of almost 200 pictures on my phone in the app. No idea why but it seems to be a common issue most are facing.Sinner in need
Return the product
Had similar problems as previously mentioned by other reviewers. It doesn’t accurately access the photo gallery. Called customer service. There hours aren’t conducive for real people. I am returning this product today.Also frustrated!
This app does not work!!!!
I received this printer as a present for Christmas and was so excited to be able to easily print my photos from my phone. I’ve tried for hours to get it working. The app doesn’t show my photos in my “All Photos” album? It only seems to be showing my most recent 6 photos... I’ve tried using a USB, I’ve tried docking my phone, Wifi printing and nothing seems to work! This app is terrible and I haven’t been able to print a single photo :( So upset as this was a gift from my boyfriend and it doesn’t work :( Am I doing something wrong??Show lessh3yitsimy
Horrible
This app constantly freezes and is a pain to use. The albums don’t update properly and it’s very slow. Just terrible. You can’t even load the photos you want to the app. So terrible.Lindsypensy
straight forward and fast
Gave to my 9-year old daughter for Christmas. She downloaded the app and pictures in less then 5 minutes. We patiently waited as the red light flashed a couple times and pressed print. Beautiful pictures!Dagrose
Simple terrible
This printer is a piece of crap. So very disappointed. It takes too much time as each time I go to use it, a direct connect USB is not recognized by the printer. Also, the ink cartridge is expensive and prints about 7-8 photos only WASTE OF MONEY! The ENTIRE PRINTER IS FLAWED AND THERE IS NO ASSISTANCE WHEN I SEEKIT!Show lessMadelle
Bad app!
I was happy with the picture I printed. 1 picture was all I could print. App wouldn’t allow me to access my photo gallery. Ehh. So frustrating! Total rip off!erickbren
