Great game!
Been playing since v2 update. The game has come a long way. A lot of people complain about tournaments but I think there’s a lot of misunderstanding and lack of knowledge from those players, it’s very straightforward imo. But I’m also a very high stage. Just like any game like this, you can play for free and access all the content but paying $100 either in one purchase or over time (smartest option ) significantly will improve your gameplay experience, tournaments and ability to reach new max stages. There’s Multiple discords, a dev player names lemminglama. He’s super friendly and also almost always available for questions and answers. This game does require you to have a Brain so if you don’t have one this game isn’t for fiu.Show lessFrom the Beginning.
My dad and I started playing this game when it first came out, and it was a lot of fun. At first it’s a good one-finger mobile game that you can pretty much just let run in the background. But after a while it all starts to blend together because it’s pretty much just the same thing over and over again once you get to the higher levels. Now don’t get me wrong there are a lot of cool aspects to the game for instance, the customizable character, skill tree, weapon sets, raid card decks, and more. But once you get to the higher stages(levels),and get into a clan and start participating in more tournaments; it will take more and more time each day. What once was a cool idle game is now a 24/7 gig. I still play sometimes just for nostalgia purposes, and then I’ll actually end up getting back into it. Like I said before it’s a fun game that deserves a try, but it can take some time and it can very quickly become a grind kinda game. Advertisement wise they’re mostly optional.
And for parents my only advise would be to keep your kid away from clans(groups of online people a.k.a strangers). That’s all for now I hope this review was helpful not only for the readers but also the company itself. Thanks for reading, yours truly, loyal player.Show lessStill going!
I don’t even remember how many years I’ve been playing now. Overall, I really like the game, especially think especially because I belong to a chill clan who participates as much as possible with the titan killing. If you join a clan where nobody ever says anything, people are never logged on, or if they are too crazy about you needing to spend money, do yourself a favor and seek out a different clan. It makes a huge difference. Go on Reddit to check out the game sub, meet clans there and also get a lot of helpful advice. Check out the compendium, tons of build advice there too. The devs have always been attentive the few times I have reached out if I needed to or to report a bug or make a suggestion. They recently lowered back the price of the season pass from $25 to $10 which is good. I support the game when I can but $25 for a season pass is too much for me. They give you a couple of tier price options now. But even if you don’t get a season pass, you still have fun and earn loot. The game has gone through a lot of updates over the years, which shows they still care about it. Keep up the great efforts, friends!Show less
