Limited receipt scan is ridiculous
I’ve had two separate purchases on 4/23/19. It’s already 4/28/19 and every time I try to scan my receipts it says I’m only allowed to scan 2 receipts within 4 hours of each other!!! Clearly is been more than four hours and I’m still not able to scan the receipts. It’s frustrating 😠. This app needs major upgrade.Show less()/$:$&/&-

I would love to give this 5 stars because I really like Erik’s in general, and they seem to be trying to offer healthier choices...but based on my experience with their app it’s not quite 5 stars. I love the convenience of the app, and our order is always ready when we get there, however every single time I’ve used the app (at least 7 times), my sandwich has not been made according to my order preferences. It’s close, but there’s always something missing or different. Luckily for Erik’s and for me, even an incorrect sandwich from Erik’s is yummy!Show lessTrackergirl
