Lazy City
Sure you have the APP but city workers need to do the work. Make a report on here and you will get no response/no action. City of Mesa turning into California, no enforcement on anything including city code violations and driving enforcement, loved Mesa 15yrs ago, it’s changed in a bad way.
App Doesn’t Work
EDIT: Apparently there’s a new app called a Mesa City Link and that one works. This all should be removed from the App Store.
When I launch the app it opens, but the little spinning icon never stops and I can use anything on the app. Fix it please.

Great tool. Use it all the time. Can’t believe a city has the skill set to develop such a cool app. Keep it up Mesa 11!!!
Update Please!!
I use this app all the time to pay may utility bills. Now it won’t open because it is not compatible with 14.0 apple iOS update. Please update it so I can continue to use it. Thank you!

Wasn’t expecting much from a city’s app, but I’m impressed with all the features and functionality and smoothness that I took the time out of my day to let other people know

Overall the app is good but it could be so much more. Park reservations in app would be a great start 😊
