Why are we still using this?
First, you put in the dates you want, and the submit button doesn’t even show on the screen. Through trial and error I finally figured out that the 1/16th inch blue line at the bottom of the screen was the top of the submit button. So I get through that, then go to the IDT/ADT selection screen, and the dates selected before do not show up at all. So you can’t complete the reservation. A bunch of crap.Show lessTeresa from GJ

This app never works and every time I would submit a ticket to their costumer service they would close it as complete even though no action was taken on their part to address the issue or fix it. I wonder if their charging the government for each they close a support ticket because if that’s the case then they’re defrauding the government.Show lessacanopr

I am unable to scroll to even the user agreement. so this app is now worthless to me!! Please go back to the original and remove the update! I can no longer make a rooom reservation on this phone. Make the screen automatically fit the phone!!!VeKeef

Of course the govt picks the cheapest software developer possible. Every time I need to use this I have to delete the app and reinstall it. No ability to book IDT lodging for reschedules. Honestly the phone system is more reliable even with having to go through endless prompts about what lodging is available.Show lessJuclecia81
