    This app is specially developed for UTA use. Issues are addressed promptly by Lodging or your Unit Lodging Manager (ULM). Access is granted after validation. Contact your ULM or Lodging.
  • Terrible

    If my 10 year old daughter made her first app, this is what it would look and function like. Any time I need a booking more than two nights, I’m normally having to move hotel rooms more than once throughout the trip because my unit will not book out far enough. A month ago I booked a room 3 months in advance to not have to worry about this. I just checked and it says no bookings so I clicked to reserve it again. I get an immediate response that all rooms are now full. App layout is dark and half the time I question if I even clicked the button I need because there is no effect that makes it seem like you have pressed the button until you start tapping and everything freaks out and plays catchup. Just a few more months of this and I can finally wash my hands with this for good.

  • More Government Waste

    Yet another cash grab of an app by a DoD contractor. When it does work, it works poorly. Constant error messages that don’t provide an option to troubleshoot or obtain relevant information, outdated interface, and antiquated input methods.

    My god, DoD actually paid this company money to design something my high school son could design in computer lab.

    Embarrassing.

  • Almost useless

    It worked okay when I first registered. However, my first reservation wasn’t made correctly. It had reserved my lodging for different dates instead of what I had put in. I cancelled it and attempted to make a new one, but it refused to because the dates “interfered with a CANCELLED reservation.” Like that makes complete sense.

    I was able to make other reservations two months ahead. Thank goodness because now I can’t log into my account at all. Even though I was using the right PIN, I went ahead and reset it to my phone number. But it still fails. I used the Get Help feature, but it doesn’t do anything but animate the button when you tap it.

    The interface of the app looks cheaply made - like any other government funded project.

  • Not reliable

    Reservations go missing and since the iOS12 upgrade the app won’t even open.
  • IOS 12 Crashes App

    This app appears to not be compatible with IOS 12, please fix.
  • Much needed app!

    It would be nice to write in the program to allow Touch ID or not have to re-enter the pin, even if you are out of the app for a few seconds.
