A long time to load, but image capture is good.
Every judgement is relative. Compared to all my other apps, ID-pal takes a really long time to load, but once running, the image capture is much better than the Barclays one for cheques. Annoying that Utility bills have to be on 5 sheets or fewer, as I couldn’t see how to alter my phone one to cut it down in a way that wouldn’t be digitally altering it.Show lessPeter C12
Dreadful Implementation of E-ID
Requires forms that haven’t been requested and likewise information that hasn’t been requested. Will not upload standard image files other than, it seems, pdfs. Clunky interface and, it seems, no way to complete a submission without completing all fields, whether required or not, which is poor data protection management. One can only hope that the security for the data itself is better implemented. I cannot believe that reputable businesses take on something as poorly implemented from the customer dimension.Show lessJBinJersey
Keeps restarting
So annoying and tedious to use. Keeps restarting constantly very irritating if you quickly go onto another app.
