Taking document pictures was difficult
This app was so much more difficult than other ID services I’ve used to line up a picture of my drivers license. It couldn’t perform the autocapture and then keep zooming in and cutting off the image when I did manual capturehaydoc19

Had a ton of issues with the face capture. It’s straight up would not recognize my face and therefore would not initiate capture. It took multiple times reopening the app to get that one step to work.shinto69

Too intrusive
You’re activation process is too intrusive and relies on the consumer to own a smart phone at your expense. There should be options for an analog approach to activation without the need for a users details.
