Won’t connect
Past few months every time I go to print off a picture when I click on the picture it closes the app. So Frustrating!!!angelgirl_itz
Photos will not load
After selecting the photo that I want it app kicks me out. The photo doesn’t load or goes to the editing screen . So frustratingmadelyn santana
Doesn’t work
It asks you to connect to the printer wifi which can’t be found so it’s basically uselessJinography
Wifi thing is stupid
The printer essentially generates its own wifi which was a nightmare to try to figure out and it didn’t even work after hours of trial and error. The printer has Bluetooth itself which makes the wifi useless and dumb. Paper gets jammed easily, takes forever to get the top perfectly back on like it wants you to. Never have had this problem until the recent update. App is overly complicated and confusing. A wasteShow lesshrzwoods
Worst App in the history of time.
The printer works, the app does not. Clunky, awful, and crashes so you can’t even print. So sad because the print quality is actually better than other mini printers. Shame on you Kodak and your worthless app.@&$?&@$!
Sometimes it works, most times it doesn’t
I don’t understand why Kodak put a device out there without working software. It’s a crapshoot to get a picture printed on this printer from their app. About ready to throw it all in the garbage. I guess this is why Kodiak is on its way out. Technology has to work in order for people to buy it.Pderoo1
My printer no longer prints!
Apple said there was an update and when I updated this app my printer no longer prints. It had no issue before then. I select the photo and the app just closes. Ugh!FujiIsland
No longer works
Why isn’t this on the App Store anymore and why was I never notified that they aren’t supporting it anymore. I have a Kodak mini printer that is now useless as I can’t get the app to load any photos without crashing. doesn’t work anymore
i got this app and printer a few years ago and it worked just fine and i loved it. but now, the app asks you to connect to the printers wifi, and that wifi doesn’t exist. i’m connected to it through bluetooth but the app won’t accept that. it gives you instructions but the wifi network does not exist for the printer and it never did. they need to fix this to accommodate to the older printers too.Show lessthomashaydenfaith
