No longer working /:
My mom bought me this before she passed away and it worked really well the first time, I found it again recently after moving and was super excited to use it to print some photos, but it wouldn’t connect to the Bluetooth, it was not even showing up on my phone so no printing photos for me I guess lol, bummer.

the app is terrible
Same issue with not connecting to WiFi
I had deleted the app as well after not using it for a while. I went to use the printer, after downloading the app, and after fighting with the WiFi forever I realized that I had downloaded the wrong one.
Once I downloaded Kodak Mini Shot, which connects via Bluetooth instead, it connected and worked flawlessly.

Can’t print without wifi but WiFi doesn’t show up
It use to only work with Bluetooth which was great because I would print photos n stuff and now in January they updated it where you can’t use it unless you’re connected to their WiFi and Bluetooth???? But when I search it and type it the WiFi doesn’t show up. I don’t understand why this was accepted in the update. I wasted so much money on this printer and now I can’t use it?? Update your app because no one is able to print their photos and you just wasted everyone’s time and money. I hope you actually listen to our reviews and update your app to go back to only having to use Bluetooth im not going to buy the new printer either..

Needs update
It used to work fine but now:
A: I can’t upload photos directly from my camera roll, I have to create an album with the photos I want to print first
B: most of the time if I select only one photo the app will close and I have to restart everything over, sometimes I found that it works if I click on multi select first even if then I pick only one photo.
I managed to print all the photos I wanted this time, but I wonder for how long this app will continue working without any update.

Crashes
I tried to open the app to print a picture and it keeps crashing.

Loved it but not anymore
It’s not the printer itself that is the issue, it’s the fact that the app crashes when I try to print, as well as it saving photos that I had deleted on my actual phone. I think the issue is that it hasn’t been updated in 2 years so please update this app so there are bug fixes!
Printer is Fine but the App Makes it Useless
Kodak, please update the app! I understand that products and technology evolve, but if the obsoletion is in the app... and not the hardware, that should be an easy fix! I’m really disappointed and frustrated. Especially because this printer is now selling for HALF the price that I originally bought it for. And I can’t even use it, because the app consistently crashes every time I try to select and print photos. I’ve tried everything and it simply does not work. What a waste of money and I can’t even return or sell it. I was somehow able to print the test photo, but nothing else. Kodak app people, please fix this! If not, at least take this product off the market! Or do SOMETHING to accommodate the people who have already purchased it.

App is terrible
I got this for Christmas and have yet to print a photo. Every time I select a photo the app automatically closes. I can test print like no other, but if I want anything from my phone the app just closes and doesn’t even let me print a thing. I have spoken to customer service in January, they sent me ink and said in 2 weeks the app would be fixed..... I’d say that was an epic fail on that timeframe because the app has not changed. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, doesn’t change a thing
