it won’t even let me print anymore.
I got this back in November. I printed one photo and it was easy and I love it. Now it’s June first. I downloaded the app again because I deleted it. Now I’m Bluetoothed into the printer and the app is telling me I have to content to the printers WiFi which I never had to do last time. The WiFi doesn’t show up and we you go to put it in it doesn’t work and says it’s not found. mad you can’t print anything without connecting to the WiFi part but it doesn’t even work??? So basically, it’s useless the WiFi part NEVER EXISTED BACK IN NOVEMBER. Return your printers people because it’s a waste of money and a big scam. So stupid. I just wanted to print some cute photos. I don’t know if they came out with a new version but that’s so stupid if they did and just left the old printers useless.Show lesstiggerhops

UPDATE THIS APP
A year and a half ago my review would have been 5 stars, but this app is so glitchy now. It’s frustrating because I know the printer is fine. Now if I could just access my pictures and print them. I’m able to see all my pictures in album view, but the other tabs never load my photos. And once I click the photo in an album the app closes...every single time. So please update this app so we can get back to printing our photos.Show lessMikki LaDawn
App is terrible
Printer is great but the app is hard to use and doesn’t work half of the time...x_pen_x

Update the app!! This is frustrating I have all of these useless photo papers that can’t be used because the app won’t let me send it to the printer! Please fix it so I can get my money’s worthlucyannee

فعلاً تطبيق جميل وحتى الطابعه حلوه ومفيده وتقدر تاخذها معك باي مكان والحلو بالتطبيق انك تقدر تطبع اي صوره باي وقت واي مكان يعني مره عملي وفك ازمه ممكن الشي اللي مو حلو فيه هو انه شوي معقد يعني مااحسه سهل الاستخدام يعني لو يغيرون لون الخلفيه ويخلون النظام اسهل وابسط للمستخدم بيكون شي حلو😄👏🏻.manl294
Glitchy???
After successfully printing for 7 or so months, the app started shutting down whenever I select a photo to print. Called support and was told there are glitches being worked on. No guess as to when it will be fixed. Could be several weeks or more before Apple approves update. Until then I have a useless piece of equipment.Show lessGardenbabi
I need help
So it was going fine then it kept getting jammed so I changed the cartridge. It work for like 2 pics then it kept on doing it again!! Now I tried turning it on and off like it says and it don’t work. I tried printing a pic while ago and now it’s stuck and won’t come out at all so I’m pretty upset 😡 because I just got for Christmas which was like a week or two ago.
