Worst app for use
Customer service is not achievable we tried to call them a hundred times but no response one time they responded and we had the wrong order and they told us that we would contact the restaurant and call you back but they didn't. They also give you an offer but struggle with you when you want to use it so it's just fake offers. I would highly recommend the community not to use it or even think of downloading it.
Most of the drivers arrive late and ask for tips.

Terrible service
my orders are getting cancelled when confirming them without getting calls, I only missed the first call and then they all get cancelled after I reorder them, the caller I missed isn't answering either.

They need a better staff, fresher goods and a better-quality service.

Failed experiment
The program is a scam. The most expensive meals are from the restaurant and from all delivery programs. In addition, there is a service fee included with the delivery fee, which is the most expensive among (all food ordering programs). A failed experience
If I could give less than 1 star
This app is painful to deal with. It started decently, but things only went downhill from there. First, none of the rating are accurate. Every restaurant is rated “very good” Second, if you order something, the app doesn’t update. More than once I placed an order and my order remained pending, only for the delivery guy to call and say they are outside. Third, each order takes forever. My last order took 2 hours before it arrived damaged. This order has been pending for two hours with no update or away to cancel. Their customer service are rude and they never have an answer. I could go get my food myself and it would be easier. Deleting this app and recommend you do the same.

Each time I opened the app it kept on crashing
Never going to use it again!
The whole idea of an app to order is not to call or get a call asking you the same heck question you wrote down in the app again on the phone!!!!
