We’ve had 40 customers waiting for refunds for over two months without any resolution. All we receive are apologies and requests for patience. We’ve made 20 calls, only to be bounced between Food Hub and Detman. Food Hub directs us to Detman, and Detman sends us back to Food Hub. Our contract is with Food Hub, so it’s unclear why we’re being told to communicate with Detman, who lacks any clear contact channels. Additionally, we’ve lost more than 50% of our business as customers believe we’ve stolen their money.
