Caution Before Partnering with Food Hub

We’ve had 40 customers waiting for refunds for over two months without any resolution. All we receive are apologies and requests for patience. We’ve made 20 calls, only to be bounced between Food Hub and Detman. Food Hub directs us to Detman, and Detman sends us back to Food Hub. Our contract is with Food Hub, so it’s unclear why we’re being told to communicate with Detman, who lacks any clear contact channels. Additionally, we’ve lost more than 50% of our business as customers believe we’ve stolen their money.

Bad service in the world

Food hub service is bad in the world never choose this one. It’s not good restaurant.
If anyone you waste your time and money both.

Delivery service is very bad

My customer always get delivered late, and I have get refund for my customers!!!!!

No good now

It’s use to work perfect . Since new software update as well as epos system it’s gone downhill .
Thinking to get rid of it now .

Update is no good

Iv been using touch 2 success epos and app for the past 5 years its been great but recently with the new epos update is actually downgraded its rubbish updated to the new ios software and datman logs me out to say user does not exist the font on the order slips is now difficult to read and the person on the phone said the font can not be changed rather than upgrading there destroying the software completely it was easy to use now its absolute rubbish im really not happy with this

The app on my mobile

Apps not working orders from a week ago have still not moved of the screen
I am unable to do anything
I have tried to contact yourselves however no one seems to be able to help or resolve my issues
This is very worrying

Awful app if I could give it 0 stars I would!

I only started using the app recently and I’ve had problems with it ever since! Won’t let me make changes to my own buisness opening times, Delivery wait times or to the locations I deliver too or it won’t even allow me to connect to my printer, can’t see me sticking round after my 4 week trial is up.

They cant remove fake reviews left from customer on foodhub portal, had I recently where a customer was leaving 1* reviews form orders kvee 6 months ago, needs to be updated to be able to remove these as it ruins a companies rating

Very good easy to use App

Very easy to manage and on the other side straight forward for the customers to choose the items there want to order.
