Please address this issue!

Very frustrating that the app has so many issues when loading, extremely slow to load if indeed at all!

Very rarely loads

Once in the last week have I been able to actually see anything after login. Usually just a blank page going through the motions.

How hard is it to make an app like this work?

App Doesn’t open at all.

tried opening this app. Never opens up. Tried several login attempts.

Troublesome

This app worked well at one point. It’s a shame for such a large company to not want this app to represent them well. You log in and try and use the app and either it keeps rebooting or turns off

Review

Always trying to run my ACT report. Everytime its start doing it. It crashes. Why make the app if it doesnt do what it suppose to. Please address this issue. I’d like to see my reports when im not at work. This is suppose to make it accessible when on the GO. Thanks.

Not sharp enough, and a poor investment

This needs to be updated urgently. In the modern world where apps should be responsive and up to date, I find my job tougher and tougher when all I want to do is simply see what my customers are saying. Such a clunky app to use.

- Improve the comments screen, no need for fancy interactive word clouds on the app. It needs to be to the point and don’t give me the option to ‘View More Detail’ of a customer feedback, of course I want to see it all!!!

- Generate a report weekly/periodically and have it saved and ready to review. A simple, text based PDF is enough.

- Bring back focus areas. Why the app can’t have a link to an action plan function where the top 5 negative comments are aside a text box to record and then shared among all other users in the same site location.

As this was updated over a year ago, I can only assume that the person who had control of the app has left your business or been made redundant. Either way, sort the thing out so I can actually make a difference using the tools my company are paying for! And if you’re a prospective company looking to take someone on to handle your customer feedback, until this is done - don’t waste your capital!

Don’t use unless you have to

All around a crappy app. Don’t use unless you have to. The desktop version is 100% more functional. I often need to sign out and sign back in again just to bypass coding glitches.

Crashing

The app gets all the way to the report then crashes. What an inconvenience.

Let down

This app worked great until this last update. When you try to run a report it closes the app on you. Please fix this.

Frustrating

This app worked at one point in time. HOWEVER.. it doesnt anymore. Really wish the developers would work on this. When I do try and use it, I just get a plain white screen. I would use this app everyday when it worked, but cant say the same anymore. Its frustrating because it was so nice to check my customer comments right from my phone. I could screen shot comments and share them with my employees whenever, wherever. It got to be a competition with my staff on who could get better comments. I get I can see comments online, which I do still check. My point is the convenience of this app! So, maybe someday it will work, until then, its just wasted space.
