Don’t Bother
If I could review with 0 stars, I would. I was NEVER even able to get the app to even open. What a waste of time.
Really
I wanted this app to work. This would have been great to keep track of my customers responses in real time if it worked. All I get when I log is that it’s trying to make a secure connection. It did this on my work and home secure WiFi as well as on my data. Please fix it.
I can’t imagine a worse app
This is the worst app in the history of apps, bar none full stop.

Doesn’t Load
App doesn’t work on iphonex. Keeps on loading never displays data. Deleted and reinstalled 3 times.
The more upgrades the less it works
With The last upgrades , I am now unable to use this app. You would think this tech company would make the user experience easy rather than more frustrating.

The developers seem to have fixed the previous issues. The app is now working nicely on my IPhone 7 Plus. Thank you for the update, this is a very handy tool for managing my business profile.
What’s the point?
Before the latest update, the app worked great. After the update, I sign into the app and try to run a report only to be asked to start over and dig in again in the mobile browser version. What is the point of the app? Tried to submit feedback about this but got no response. Please fix ASAP.

Update issue.
Since the last update, 2.0, I can’t even log into the app. Worked fine before the update and should be back to 5 stars once they fix this error.
Directs me back to safari
The app directs me back to safari when I try to run a report. What’s the point of the app if I have to go to safari and sign in again?
Bad update - don’t do it!
This new update pretty much renders the entire app pointless. As soon as you hit the reporting suite and try to run a report, the app redirects you to safari and asks you to log in again. Means you might as well just go to the website rather than the app at all. Pointless.
