Deleting the app
I’m deleting the app. There’s these tournaments that pop up and ask if you want to click to receive a notification to play. I do click to receive these notifications and I wondered for a while why I never received anything notifying me that the game is about to start. I bring the game up and the tournaments usually disappear.
Today, I received a notification that a tournament I set s reminder for was getting ready to start (FINALLY I RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION!) When I tapped on the notification for the tournament, it buffered...the app froze...said I didn’t have a internet connection when I was hooked up to WiFi and every app I had was working but this one.
The games are fun but the tournaments where you can bet a .01 and when $5 and some of the other ones with small amounts and big winnings seem to be a scam. I tried forever today while one was going on and nothing worked. The app froze and keep telling me the same thing over and over.
So needless to say I don’t trust this game by skillz. Beware...Show less0429mhsh
Ton of bugs/glitches
This game is fun and addicting and Skillz is really quite on to something convincing a bunch of people to throw their money away on a game they only have a small chance of making money on (like casino slots!)
In any case, I’m only giving it two stars because this app still has a ton of bugs despite my efforts to re-install and update multiple times. For instance, it makes me run through a 30 second app ‘tutorial’ on how to add friends between every game. Occasionally you’ll win a game but it’ll say you aborted so you automatically lose. Lastly, on occasion, the game suddenly ‘slows’ mid-play in a way where I’m incapable of moving pieces with any sort of speed. And this is a speed game after all.
What makes this worse is that I’ve reported these bugs, screenshot-ed the errors, and while they’ve thanked me for reporting, they’ve never offered to reimburse me the money i paid to play ‘slowed’ or ‘aborted’ games... not even with ‘bonus cash’, which isn’t money i can withdraw anyways. Still No Internet Connection
Update since my last one.
I haven't been able to play for such a long time now. I still get that same message saying I'm not connected to the internet. It's too bad, I really like this game.

More than half the time It won't open.
It keeps saying, I have no Internet connection and to enable it.
I love the game, but it's not reliable enough.
It works for a couple days and then returns to the error message, I don't want to keep writing to tech-support.
I think what Longhorn4647 is saying is, even if the exact games are played, they can still be compared/matched with someone with a higher score.
There is no way to tell, if the games don't start at the same time, and you don't see who your opponent is.
I've started when my opponent did, messed up and ended over a minute early, just to see there game was over as well, but they had beat my score by a couple thousand. That just doesn't seem right.
SO, as much as I want to play for cash, I won't, because it really does seem like something is off.
So I instead spend HOURS playing free games. No loss there and I love the game itself. (When it works)Show lessDRLx2/2

This has been known to happen to some accounts. It's not your device, its the matchmaking service. Please contact our support team at support@skillz.com and they should be able to help you fix the issue.Biggest scam ever
Get the word out people! I’m making sure that I’m making posts all over social media to let everyone know how big a scam this is! I have a personal account and so does my husband. This weekend they shut down my account after I got 1st place in a tournament, I put money into the tournament and won a huge prize, then i get an email saying that my account has been taken down due to multiple accounts, which was my husbands account, so they kept his and took down mine because obviously they didn’t want to send out a huge prize to me but they are so willing to keep all the money I put into it! I’m so mad and I’m still waiting to hear back but if I dont get my prize I won fairly or my money I will be making a huge stink about this and I will make it my mission to give them a horrible name! As a business owner myself I couldn’t even imagine treating my customers In such a manner! I understand rules but we didn’t break any, but they were quick to shut down my account and not pull through with giving me my $300 prize!Show lessmegan 22
I’ll say it’s a good game but there are downs to it
I can’t connect my “ real money bubble shooter” with this game eventhough they are both by Skillz. Lastly, since they both can not connect, I can’t talk to customer service about my concerns/ questions because I need to register myself in a non- affiliated email... then you’ll always see the advertisements to keep getting more skillz but my accounts were blocked. I lost all the money and the 2K points/ “Red Bill’s” I put into it. Customer Service can ignore or can be really nasty at times. I honestly think if nobody got the game yet- save yourself the headache and don’t bother with these games. Instead of having a stress reliever- it will get you stressed. If you want to make money playing I suggest you choose “ money grabber”, “SpinToWin Slots”, “Lucky day”, or “Winwin”.
Update: I know others who played and including myself, we’ve asked to get our money and we are told we will get it- but NEVER receive it. This is a scam. Save yourself the headache.Show lesslilly kn
I can’t even with this game
I got the game and became suspicious because of the bad reviews and ignored it I got past the tutorial and realized this was a gambling game they have never said anything about this in any ads or anything realizing it I deleted the game no ring they also got YOUR OWN money why would I deposit money when they talked about money you can win by playing a tetras type of game I think it’s pretty dumb if you ask me they adversited money by playing games not gambling your money away it could give you a habit of playing it and you might not even win anything they obviously wanted it this way so it’s basically a scamShow lessCreepergirl756
Not what I expected
So I 1st started to play after I saw all the reviews, well I didn't expect this! After I played a game I didn't get any cash. Then I saw you had to pay money to get real money. So I feel you should do a change. 1st, I want you to delete the money thing. (the one you have to pay which I said if u didn't know) I'm very disappointed. I hope you change this and notified me when you will do this. The reason why I came to this is because I was playing a game and all the sudden a add showed up. It said u can earn lots of money. But you guys should be more specific in your adds, because people don't know if you have to pay money in order to get tons of cash. Absolutely terrible
For a solitaire game, this is the most rigged game I’ve ever played, I understand that it’s gonna be because of it having actual money involved, but since I’ve started playing this, I have not once be able to finish a single game, I play solitaire quiet frequently, and it’s very hard to not be able to finish is a game, I’ve play like 15-20 games in the last 30 mins and not been able to finish a game.
It will get 2 or so rows filled. then the card you need doesn’t appear, then you lose points because the game intentionally screws you, not worth the time space and effort for it, you would be much better off playing 52 card pick up, at least you will be able to find every card.Show less(-(-.-)-)

I like the game but I really don’t understand what Iam doing and when it says that Iam out of moves Iam thinking I don’t know how many I had to begin with? And I don’t like when you play someone and your setting there thinking did I win or did the other person? Because doesn’t say. Maybe it’s just me, Iam thinking did I miss something??? And Iam not to sure about what Iam doing at all, can’t you put directions for dummies? It’s a cool game, if I understood what I was doing more.Show lessTonyaChiChi
