Everything runs pretty smooth.
Only thing I can suggest would be getting the app to refresh and consistently show the live video. Sometimes it takes a minute to work or I have to exit and re open.branchdistro
Perfect until last update
It is a nice app but was much quicker loading before last update. It has been taking a long time to load which could potentially be problematic if you need to see outside quickly. Before the update I would have rated 5 star. If this problem were to be fixed I would rate 5 star againJB449
Alarm for open door- company didn’t notify police
Sunday alarm set for away open door alarm went off. I was at work and my phone was on silent and I wasn’t aware. The alarm company didn’t send police. I went back and watched cameras I have and found out it was nothing but if someone had broken into the house the police wouldn’t have been called. This is why I have security system. I’d really like a refundShow lessreseach company
iPhone compatibility
This product works fine when I am at home but the purpose is to be able to use it when I am not home. When I leave my home the app goes offline and I am unable to view the cameras from my iPhoneSassy_210
Keep reinvesting in updates/improvements

Camera system
The best system I have ever had, never goes down when connected to a battery backup, clear picture and very detailed, my wife and I are very happy with this systemvelvet creme
Great when it’s Stable
Really like the APP when it is working properly. Sometimes the APP crashes and that’s frustrating. Keep investing in the stability!ejahkin
Good design but terribly unstable
I really like the redesign, but since the change, the app has been incredibly unstable. I can use it for a couple of minutes and all will be fine, but the next time I try it will crash every 5 to 10 seconds. Looking forward to some stability improvements which will make this a great update.Cooper619

Concerns
Due to upgrade, I lost 2 IP cameras configuration. Also, I can see cameras only on upper half of screen. Lower half of screen is empty. App goes offline frequently and need to be reconnected. Kindly bring back earlier version. This is a bad user experience.Bob@Keenan
