App is unusable error messages when trying to verify and wont let you prebook or order a taxi…. Useless

Useless

Complete shambles of a service. They basically have no taxis but will still take bookings etc and blatantly lie about how long it will take. Even booking 2 hours in advance I called after 10 mins past my booking time to be told they’re still waiting on someone to accept the fare? That was a Monday afternoon! So how exactly are you supposed to get a taxi on time? Avoid these clowns at all costs
