Complete shambles of a service. They basically have no taxis but will still take bookings etc and blatantly lie about how long it will take. Even booking 2 hours in advance I called after 10 mins past my booking time to be told they’re still waiting on someone to accept the fare? That was a Monday afternoon! So how exactly are you supposed to get a taxi on time? Avoid these clowns at all costs

I downloaded this app a month ago and it worked fine.
Now I’m unable to book a taxi from it. There is no link to a support page or even a link to call the taxi office to book a taxi if the app has failed.
Great app when it works just needs some tweaks.

Called to check if taxi was coming and guy admitted himself it doesn't work well.

The app doesn't work at all! Booked a taxi waited for 10mins didn't come. Called them up and was told they didn't receive the booking!!! The app didn't let me cancel the booking either it was left in limbo! Useless app! Should have tested it before releasing!

Late for school ! Takes so so long for a car, twenty minutes isn't okay when I'm "first" in like for a taxi! I've lost my EMA for these 2 weeks , joke. Thanks for that !
