Too many confirmations
Maybe it was because I was initially signing up but there were way too many confirmations prompts to go theoughConfusion with new rewards system
I had an account with points on it before the app was moved to a new rewards system. When trying to log in it said my account did not exist. I emailed support, and they said my account was there with points and all and said I should be able to log in. Well apparently if you had an account before the transition you have to enter your email and hit SIGN UP. Then it will transfer your old account to the new one. They need to make this more clear in the app.Show lessDeveloper Response

New update came with a new reward system. Making it not only more expensive to redeem points, but no longer you can use the app in store to scan at cashier to earn points. Now you have ti submit a copy of your receipt?
Who’s the “genius” that came up with this system?
If anything, I feel not incentivized to return to this store.
I was frequenting the store once a week now I realize I haven’t been there in the past two.
