Maybe it was because I was initially signing up but there were way too many confirmations prompts to go theoughFanciiiiee
Confusion with new rewards system
I had an account with points on it before the app was moved to a new rewards system. When trying to log in it said my account did not exist. I emailed support, and they said my account was there with points and all and said I should be able to log in. Well apparently if you had an account before the transition you have to enter your email and hit SIGN UP. Then it will transfer your old account to the new one. They need to make this more clear in the app.Show lessaaronncollier

New update came with a new reward system. Making it not only more expensive to redeem points, but no longer you can use the app in store to scan at cashier to earn points. Now you have ti submit a copy of your receipt?
Who’s the “genius” that came up with this system?
If anything, I feel not incentivized to return to this store.
I was frequenting the store once a week now I realize I haven’t been there in the past two.
If by any means you feel your sales declining overall, I think you should look at this latest change.Show lessDiegoborgh

I open up the app and suddenly I’m no longer able to log back in?
What kind of an update was that? I was so close to earning rewards and you pull this stunt? Or is that what happens when anyone comes close to 100 points? They get into the 90s and you steal the points from them?MegaDonald

I never write reviews but after being here several times with the same issue I decided it was necessary. Need more workers. Very slow. Put to go orders in front of patrons that walk in. This used to not be.. there used to be enough workers to keep a solid good flow. Love the product. Experience is cold and somewhat uninviting. People seem stressed and overworked it’s not very friendly. there’s always an exception to the rule where one person will be very friendly but overall experience is just not what it used to be, the last three times I’ve been here..One time I just walked out after standing for well over 10 minutes to be helped right in front while they did to go orders.Show lessdisturbed three
