Who’s the “genius” that came up with this system?
If anything, I feel not incentivized to return to this store.
I was frequenting the store once a week now I realize I haven’t been there in the past two.
If by any means you feel your sales declining overall, I think you should look at this latest change.

What kind of an update was that? I was so close to earning rewards and you pull this stunt? Or is that what happens when anyone comes close to 100 points? They get into the 90s and you steal the points from them?
