First time
Food was perfect. Easy menu choices. Good service. Clean restaurant. Food brought right to us nice and Hot with a box of napkins. My husband is use to eating on a plate with proper utensils. I was perfectly fine. But maybe that should be an option for a 5 star experience. The sauces would have been nice to try but when I went to get a bottle the bottles were all empty or almost empty. Craig and Kiutik were great. Very patient and eager to explain Pizza Rev and what they have. They were awesome. I'm sure the pizza tastes just as good. App is awful
The app does not work. It never reflects actual rewards. Promos don’t populate. It constantly gives notifications but when you open it, nothing is there. I reached out for technical assistance last week and never got a reply.RDLev

Attempting to order an item causes the app to crash
I have only ordered once before so far but when attempting to select an item from the drink menu the app crashes. If there is an update en route I hope it addresses thisAnupstart
My favorite pizza place, but not my favorite app
I like the new app interface, and I love the establishment. It’s my favorite pizza place so far!
The app, though, kept crashing on my phone last update, and after the latest, it just says, “App could not be launched” after every single attempt. I have to use my grandmother’s phone just to make online orders.Show lessEscrypha

The pizza is great but for some reason if I want to order online the app nor the website on the desktop will be able to read my location. I live in Las Vegas NV and there are at least 4 pizza rev locations and the app will tell me there are no known location.sele@dani
App keeps crashing
App keeps crashing every time I go to open it and does not show it needs an update in the App Store. I wanted to take advantage of the $6 pizza reward but unfortunately not able to because I cannot get the app open.Dei_Silva

While the app gets the job done, I wouldn’t say it’s great.
Can’t order your favorite from a location of your choice. It looks like it’s locked to a location. Which is weird. Also no Apple Pay :/. So you must use your card info.Alexander Hamilton~
